The ability to work remote is a great plus for me. I am able to balance my work and home life. The company as a whole always for their employees to have a great work /life balance. Part of joining the company I received a free Tovala oven, and discounted Tovala meals. & yea, the food is delicious! Tovala is still in the start- up phase and is making strategic moves to insure the stability of the company. The leadership team is transparent, especially the Co-Founder, David. David sends weekly emails to keep everyone up to date and informed.
