      Employees and customers love the product Everyone has the power to carve out their own unique role and make a contribution Work-life balance is achievable

      Cons

      Company doesn't spend much (any) time on longer-term strategic planning, makes a lot of decisions that optimize short-term results Strong desire for everything to be distilled into "one slide" or "5 bullets" but sometimes that's not realistic

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
