      Pros

      Love all the people I work with. We're all dedicated and hard workers!

      Cons

      Nothing much to complain about. Except you fo work in the cold. We're handing massive amounts of food for our amazing customer orders. The *cold keeps the food in food handler guidelines.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
