Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on your experience at Tower Health. We are sorry to hear that you found the work environment to be poor during your time working with us, because we are committed to creating a positive experience for all employees. We launched Leadership development training over a year ago at all of our sites and survey employees regularly to obtain feedback on their employment experience. We develop and implement action plans to address the top concern areas identified in the survey by employees.
