We recognize our PCAs work hard and play an important role in patient care. As a result, we recently received approval to hire more PCAss. Since September, we have hired 92 PCAs. In addition, we are continuing to actively recruit PCAs to ensure we have a constant pool of candidates. We know this hiring activity will provide the additional support that our PCAs have asked for.
