      The company culture, it was a great place to work.

      Cons

      The mismanagement of the hospital, the purchase of 5 hospitals and the pandemic. Has wreaked havoc on the fabric of this institution. However, there are caring, committed individuals that do a great job in creating great patient outcomes.
