      Pros

      Working where you live, helping to improve community, social/community project opportunities, good benefits. Former CEO of Reading did a great job with creating a more diverse board, which has continued.

      Cons

      System overextended itself, former leadership made some unwise decisions and other employees/community suffered for it, layoffs since COVID that have continued, shed several hospitals/doctors/locations, not sure what's in store for this "system" in the future. No real path for growth in department I worked in.
