Pros

Good benefits if you stay within the health system.

Cons

Financial state of the health system has led to several rounds of layoffs. Management is not afraid to use the financial situation as a threat to layoff/outsource entire departments to “improve” job performance. Constant restructuring occurs which does not resolve underlying issues caused by poor leadership. Health system chooses to refinance debt to appear to turn a profit. Return to office mandates were swiftly put into place for select positions and not all positions leading to animosity.
