      Large company, 403b options, education reimbursement options with work commitment, MetLife Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield medical.

      Cons

      Increased their medical insurance costs, incentive to drop family members off your plan, no cost of living raise since 2023. Force flexing (use vacation time) when not needed. Float to other units if needed.
