Pros
You still have a job. Hard work that makes the company extra moneys is good.
Cons
Company was sold to Intel. CEO said only share holders get paid, not tower company. Tower has been handing out stocks to people for years, but not fairly. If you look at upper management, enginers, tech and operator who do you think got the most stock? They rigged the game and then ask to play by the rule and don't complain. This is not right.
