Cash in hand every day from tips if you're at a good location.
Cons
Their standards for interaction with guests is very scripted making natural seeming conversations with guests difficult, hell to pay if you don't do it correctly. They don't adapt their standards and procedures for the location and what that locations managers want. I know quite a few people who have gone to work for the hotel itself or another one for these reasons and others. I know multiple people who have gone months waiting to be paid, one is considering legal action. Account managers are hit and miss.
