Cons
The Director is quite fake and soon mistreats his employees. He is fearful of the hospitality director of the hospital and doesn't set a tone on how operations should be run. They pay the valets well under industry minimum. They ask you to hire people and tell them a lie about pay to entice them. They pay 50k to work you 60+ hours a week. The director put all his work on you as soon as you can handle it so he doesn't have to do any work. His mother is allowed to run around the place telling people what to do and undercutting any leadership you have in place while being just a line level employee and soon slanders employees and gossips like a middle schooler. You are expected to do way more work than the scope of work on the job description and soon learn that you are not doing any of the work on the job description. The job is sold as a leadership job and mostly an office job, then you find out you are just wanted to be a glorified valet. Making 50k and working 60 hours a week translates to $13 hourly. Way over worked for lack of compensation. Beware. They say they want to promote and encourage growth then shut the door on you.
