      Great team and leadership. Family like feel. Very educational and yearly merit increases.

      Cons

      Full bonus never paid out. Health insurance plan is 5-6/10 at best. No transparency in pay range. Not sure if you are making same or similar to peers.

      Great people, lots of resources, and a great deal of support

      Cons

      Benefits and pay are seriously lacking. I can’t even add my spouse to my insurance here, and the premiums are very high through Cigna. Big Yikes. Be aware and ask about this before starting.
