Pros
Used to have the best flexibility and employee morale I’ve seen in any company allowing teams to determine the in office schedule and catering to needs of all team members, which made you wanna work there and work hard. Until today.
Cons
They pretend to value their employees above all else and they really had me believing it. Loved everything about it. Until today’s announcement that as of september 2 all employees are required to go back in office fully. They hired us all remote, told us it didn’t matter if we didn’t live close to office that they wouldn’t go back to in office, and then not only do they lie about that fact, they implement the most extreme version preaching that it’s in the name of collaboration, when we all know they’re just trying to get people to quit so they don’t have to do layoffs. Commuting over an hour each way every day is not something that will work for me so I guess I’ll be one of those “tough decisions” they were referring to.
