Pros

I’ve been with this company for over a decade and they are a good company. Strong job security, overall good benefits and a lot of different career opportunities to grow and develop- though you have to be patient at times as moves or promotions don’t happen quickly.

Cons

With their recent return to office mandate and decision to remove flexibility within the work days, they are reversing progress made for the working parent, and frankly for anyone who values work/life balance. From a business perspective, it’s nothing we haven’t seen other companies begin to do- but as someone who has been a consistently high performing employee of this company for over a decade- it’s incredibly disappointing from a people and human perspective and they will lose good people as a result of this decision. Their parental leave policies and benefits have always been woefully behind where they should be, and now with this new decision I cannot recommend this company as a place to work for working moms, parents, or anyone who values flexibility.
