Pros
I worked in the electronics department and one of the things I liked most was having the inside on video game hardware and software releases. Working in my department was one of the most steadiest by far outside. Once the holidays came along, the work load became very fast pace but it was still very manageable.
Cons
It wasn't a downside for me but for other employees, some of them couldn't keep up with the fast pace.
