Pros
Toys R Us can be a great place to make a career. Stores have managers that are capable and genuinely care about their teams. Most of the year the expectations of job are reasonable and obtainable.
Cons
Upper management are not in tune with what is happening at the store level. Company debt has hindered the ability for the company to innovate and labor constraints significantly hinder sales and store conditions.There is no commitment to Work Life Balance for store management from October to February.
