      Pros

      Great place to learn, many opportunities for cross departmental lateral moves. Very nice corporate campus, summer 1/2 day friday's.

      Cons

      Sloppy restructuring, very poor senior management. Aging and disgruntled executive staff who is very concerned about the closing (possibly closed) window for IPO. Poor overall morale currently. It is not an optimal time to work here.

      Pros

      Best job ever, I was able to play with toys all the time. I usually stayed late to open boxes, and play, then I put them back in boxes like nothing happened and then go home, my wife always thought I was cheating because I was late, sometimes 3AM, but I just can't stop playing with toys, it was awesome.

      Cons

      My wife didn't like my job. She hated when I was late.
