      Pros

      The people you work with level C and down are very nice. Everyone seems to get along, they are all willing to work together to get things done.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to GO. It's definitely a boys club, looking out for themselves, keeping their pockets filled while everyone beneath is living paycheck to paycheck. Only those "special" people get promoted, the favored ones. Everyone is trying to get out now. Vendors are even predicting the demise is due to upper management, and are shocked our CEO hasn't taken care of that issue.

      Pros

      Best job ever, I was able to play with toys all the time. I usually stayed late to open boxes, and play, then I put them back in boxes like nothing happened and then go home, my wife always thought I was cheating because I was late, sometimes 3AM, but I just can't stop playing with toys, it was awesome.

      Cons

      My wife didn't like my job. She hated when I was late.
