      The little customers are the best part of Toys r Us

      Cons

      They have a poor management structure and substandard training. It was not uncommon to work 70 hrs a week out of season and much more during a never ending holiday season with little to no appreciation.

      Pros

      Best job ever, I was able to play with toys all the time. I usually stayed late to open boxes, and play, then I put them back in boxes like nothing happened and then go home, my wife always thought I was cheating because I was late, sometimes 3AM, but I just can't stop playing with toys, it was awesome.

      My wife didn't like my job. She hated when I was late.
