Pros
Great people at manager and below level have remained; feel good brand; very good work/life balance
Cons
1. Company is deteriorating and just reading all the signals, will be in bankruptcy sooner rather than later 2. Periodic rounds of layoffs in 2017 did the following: lowered morale, signalled to anyone remaining that you're expendable, increased the workload of those who remained, turned directors/VPs into ridiculous Lumbergesque bureaucrats whose survival depends upon their ability to squeeze as much out of the rank and file. 3. Even your colleagues who you trust and like -- particularly the competent and logical ones -- are all working on their resumes and interviewing, hoping to get out while they can. This has lately created an atmosphere of distrust and misery.
