Pros
Creative people, friendly teams, on-campus gym and decent cafeteria. Starbucks located inside too! Depending on your manager, there were flexible WFH options for snow day and emergencies. Pretty flexible scheduling, too (ie: if you left at 4pm, you weren't docked an hour). Fun holiday-themed events (Halloween parade was awesome). Informative Town Hall meetings a few times a year helped to calibrate the teams and keep everyone up-to-date. Beautiful campus.
Cons
Some people are very catty, can feel very clique-y at times. Favoritism was definitely played, too. Creative is left up to the opinions of too many people instead of being based off customer research and results. Marketing was also in the hands of the buying team instead of working together to collaborate and develop the best campaign for the customer. Lots of last minute changes and rushes with little reason aside from "So and so said to change it." Failing business seems to be more reactive to what everyone else planned for, instead of being proactive to be innovative and to stay ahead of the game.
