      There are some select individuals there that are worthwhile mentors and partners.

      Cons

      Systems and Data Availability is below what it should be for a Retailer this size, makes doing analysis at this company difficult or in at least a slow arduous process bc of the time and energy wasted on just collecting and validating accuracy of data.

      Pros

      Best job ever, I was able to play with toys all the time. I usually stayed late to open boxes, and play, then I put them back in boxes like nothing happened and then go home, my wife always thought I was cheating because I was late, sometimes 3AM, but I just can't stop playing with toys, it was awesome.

      Cons

      My wife didn't like my job. She hated when I was late.
