The team member staff was like a little family, it was great being able to make so many kids happy with the events we held. And I learned a lot about working in retail

Too many to list, management was very cold and uncaring to employees, If you got sick or had an emergency they'd cut your hours for the week if you ever called out. Store manager was very cruel to employees very rude and only cared about sales. There was one particular instance in which an employee wanted to report harassment to the store manager and the store manager scoffed and responded with "I don't want to deal with this." There was no room for growth. It didn't matter how well you did at your job or how much you succeeded they would never promote you. Raises were annual but don't expect more than 50 cents if you even got that.
