Employee discount was nice but so many items were excluded from the program. iPods, computers, video games are examples of items excluded.
Cons
When TRU merged with Babies "R" Us many district managers were let go via phone calls. Also, they decided to with hold manager bonuses after the manager evaluation material was submitted.
