Executive leadership issues where they don't let their experts do their jobs and make decisions, and they don't stay with one strategy long enough. Too many VPs and money spent at the HQ, need to invest more money on the stores, some of which are very ratty! Top management expects way too many hours out of people at all levels, weird kind of martyr-like culture where even the hard workers feel guilty leaving on time. Inconsistent performance standards across departments. Some top level management allow very lame workers to stay employed.
