We believe there are countless pros to working here at Traxtion. We have a high percentage of our staff that has been here for more than 5 years and several people for over 8 years. We are sorry you were not able to experience our business model and name change that was launched in January of 2022.
The management is laid back, not much drama, smaller corporate business. Everyone gets along and works together. Supervisors will make sure you understand your job and responsibilities and look out for you.
Cons
You need to have some experience in the actual job, which I lacked when I started, to fully grasp the job. Can be hard for someone new to all of the technical aspects of the industry and job if you’re not familiar with it.
Absolutely a toxic environment with total lack of respect and communication. There is no training or onboarding process. Pay is not competitive and there is no company tree available to employees. Everyone is confused who is who and even to the point who is your true manager.
Customer Service is horrific thus why business is being lost.
This does not come from a disgruntled employee...it comes from years of managing in the past and this management team is absolutely not what is going to run a good business. Training needs to be had for management to engage employees in a positive manner...again...very toxic.
Starts with the CEO all way to middle management. It is a negative work setting.
