Pros
-Management is very predictable and follow the same annual trends.. so you can know with certainty they will hire in the new year and fire towards the end of it.. don’t be fooled they’ve repeated the pattern multiple times. -The CEO’s dad is really smart. His team designs the software.
Cons
Where to begin… -Terrible leadership.. No one in power has any experience. -EXTREME micro management. -Lie about earning potential to attract top talent. -24/7 Job. They don’t believe in nights or weekends off. No work life balance. -Childish communication culture. Regular teenage style fights in open slack channels for the whole company to see. -0% of sales team hits quota. (Not an exaggeration) -If you do have a good few months or quarter…. They will fire you before having to pay commission. (This is a repetitive trend not a 1 off situation) -CRM is an absolute disaster. Completely disorganized causing everyone to constantly step on each others toes. -Favorites will always prevail. The ones in good graces with management can do no wrong. -0 training or improvement. No one even meets to discuss best practices. -INSANE churn of customers (like over 30%) -Move employees to Austin just to let them go within months of getting there. Zero respect for people. (Happened several times to more than a dozen people)
