Pros
Relaxed work environment. Cool technology, easy to sell. Great coworkers. Awesome location (even if they waste so much money on it) WFH is nice too
Cons
Terribly led company. On the verge of a third set of layoffs. The CEO continues to utter "I've never been more confident about our company..." and then proceeds to lose all of his best staff to other jobs because the company is dying. No one in leadership is really open to alternative ideas. They just fired more than half of the sales team that had hit their quota for 10 straight months... 10 straight months... The remaining sales team can only watch as the CEO PUBLICLY has conversations about how they are training a SalesBot to replace their entire sales team. The company continues to waste money on stupid things (MASSIVE downtown office that isnt needed, loads of furniture, and MUCH MUCH more). I feel bad for the remaining staff that are there because they are most likely waiting for their termination. The CEO continues to falter and make the wrong decisions when it comes to the future of the company. Worst thing about it is no one speaks up to him out of fear. His ideas suck and carries a very pretentious attitude at all times (congrats... you graduated from Harvard). Over the course of a year and a half while maintaining a 104% quota percentage, I have never received a raise... That is almost unheard of in a SaaS company. There is no room for growth, promotion, etc. Thats a pipe dream. You will simply be told that they have to 'think about it later'. Many of the values are Trace are never met and they continue to set goals for the SDR's that are consistently met but only rewarded with their termination...
