Pros
The only pro to working here is there's free lunch but who really cares about lunch when you are miserable and no one wants to be at work.
Cons
No one is making money, except reps who have been with the company from early on. Favorites are played across the board, so be prepared to find no job security. There is no culture here so don't be fooled by top places to work, if you had a hidden camera to see a day on the sales floor you'd never want to work here. There's a good group of individuals who are constantly belittled and treated poorly, it's really unfortunate TraceLink isn't capitalizing on young talent. The turnover is concerning here, which again isn't being addressed.
