Pros
This is a diverse and highly collaborative culture where employees are invested in one another's growth and success. TraceLink is at critical mass and is poised as an industry leader in an emerging market. Do you want to work for a company where you know what you're doing is impacting and saving lives? Do you want to work in a place where you are given the tools, training and opportunity but left to "do your job?" This is the place to do it. I actually enjoy coming in to work (despite the rough commute) and love what I do. How many people can say that?
Cons
The only con I can think of is the long hours, but in the end, I have chosen to put forth the extra effort. Work hard/smart and play hard. And I wouldn't be okay with that if I didn't love what I do.
