Intro There’s been a wave of criticism aimed at this company — but to be honest, most of it has been directed at the CEO. Some people just hated his guts, for whatever reason. At one point, there were individuals actively undermining the company: forming secret circles, creating private chats, and trying to talk others down or discourage them. They didn’t like the company, they didn’t like the leadership — yet they stayed, collected paychecks, and became a toxic presence in the organization. Now that those people are gone, the entire atmosphere has changed. It’s improved across multiple teams, and it genuinely feels much better to work here now. Pros • The industry is exciting, with lots of smart, interesting people from all over the world • True remote work — no hybrid office politics or half-measures • Great people: the company’s most valuable asset is its team • Wins are recognized — people get credit for their successes
