      Pros

      Great community of people. Fun work environment.

      Cons

      Disorganized management without a consistant or clear direction. High expectations for staff with little respect given from management. Staff operates at high level of responsibility yet are sometimes treated as if they are children.

      -Work from home -Great team of people to work with -supportive team -positive atmosphere

      Cons

      -some of the processes/computer data bases/systems seem like they could use some improving but I don’t know a lot about this.

      It was fun to be outdoors doing fun things.

      Cons

      There were many communication issues with upper management. There isn't much room for growth. It requires a huge commitment and it can be hard on the body.
