Minimal training, no supplies, few safety precautions, extremely top down corporate culture. People at the top getting rich out of understaffing and under supplying everything. Staffing is insane and hiring is insane, very obvious they don’t have enough competent admin. I applied for one job, was hired for another job I wasn’t able to do, and then switched to a different job, then immediately promoted to a different version of the same job I applied for. This is not a unique experience. You will probably not get paid on time at least once.
