Awesome experience! Beautiful workplace (outdoors). Far better pay than anyone else in the industry. Lots of opportunities for growth and development. Excellent resume item. It's clear that management at Trackers believes in investing in their staff, with lots of training opportunities and help with job placement after the camp season, as well as very interesting opportunities for continued growth within the company.

Like all jobs, it's not for everyone. Some folks don't like working outdoors, and some folks learn that they struggle to work with children. Be prepared to LEARN. This job is unique and if you're already sure you know everything about it, think again.

It was fun to be outdoors doing fun things.

There were many communication issues with upper management. There isn't much room for growth. It requires a huge commitment and it can be hard on the body.
