Pros

This is a place where the bar is set really high and the pressure is real, but that's exactly what makes it work. Everyone here is pushing hard and everyone is making serious money because of it. Senior leadership is always available to help with the deals

Cons

Pace never really slows down and being reachable all the time becomes part of the job

Great product. Uncapped earnings. Stock. Growth opportunities. Involved leadership. Fast paced. High energy.

Cons

The founders are still very involved which can add a level of difficulty. Expectations are very high so this is not the place to be if your biggest concern is PTO or work life balance.

Pros

Good salary. Remote work with many opportunities to meet in-person or go to the offices. Top tier product and engineering team. Really brilliant and innovative colleagues. Investment in good tools and training to help you sell or manage customers well.

Cons

Started to feel very "cliquey". There was an in crowd and out crowd, depending mostly on your relationship with C-level leadership. Priorities and decisions made very quickly and rashly, which leads to overwork or re-work on big projects along with employee turnover (both voluntary and involuntary). Just 1% 401k match and basically no parental leave.
