      The benefits are good .

      Cons

      Extreme Favoritism. No work/life balance. Everything is about bonuses. Out of touch leadership. Promotions are a popularity contest and have nothing to do with ability. Toxic leaders are protected.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
