      Pros

      discount. paid vacation, holidays and good insurance for full time. Customers are awesome

      Cons

      Brentwood (corporate) does not respect the management or employees in the stores. Constantly pushing for payroll cuts. Pushing legendary customer service right out the door. Does not encourage people to stay. Higher turnover.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
