      Pros

      Upper management doesn't micro-manage you to death. They let you run the store. The customers that shop these stores are some of the best people you will ever meet. The company benefits are as good as any and better than most retailers.

      Cons

      Pay lags behind other retailers.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
