Pros
A fun place to work especially if you enjoy the Rural lifestyle, It's kind of like a guy's toy store. It has a small town family atmosphere instead of the big box type of retailers. A much larger company than it appears to most outsiders
Cons
Long hours, physical work and fast pace that does'nt let up much. A lot of technical questions that range from animal health, electrical and hardware solutions, parts for old farm tractors as well as lawn and garden equipment. Be ready to learn and spend a lot of time researching other peoples' problems and teaching your staff to do the same.
