      Pros

      TSC will let you run your store to suit your community somewhat. Not as cookie cutter as other companies.

      Cons

      Very buyer driven operation. Can result in bottlenecks in getting quick turnaround on merchandise.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
