Pros
I work with some very good people. As a team we have a few who refuse to be part of the "family", but overall we work well together. Scheduling based on what team members need is a plus.
Cons
The pay is not up to par. In our store, the new manager lacks sufficient knowledge and understanding of marketing, sales, payroll, and general store operations. Upper management have there picks for positions and moving up in the company is up to who knows who, who likes who, and who will follow.
