      good place to work but little pay

      Cons

      pay not high enough for work wanted and to retain good employees. lose good people because of pay and lack of doing what mangnt says they will do

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
