Company takes good care of employees offers wide range of amazing benefits for very low prices starting day 1 and appreciates employees this has been the only company I've worked for that I don't feel as if I'm putting in cheap payed labor to make someone else richer this company gives back to its employees there is so many pros its hard to Name them all store discounts for not just self but family too has great incentives goals program bonuses and rewards and shows appreciation for every employees efforts definitely feel as if I am part of a tsc family we grow together and are in a team effort to achieve the same goals and not just im not just some unknown unacknowledged employee

I truly have no complaints here this company strives to work together to better the company as a whole for both employees and customers and they do it well.
