Pros
At least in my team we have a lot of talented and hardworking people, they (us) always give 110% to get the job done. Work environment is good and people in general are kind. Pay is ok
Cons
There have been recent changes in the upper management that have brought a lot of uncertainty to the staff, the direction of the company is not clear and there is a lot discontent among the people.
