Pros
- Free breakfast on Fridays - Decent benefits (health/vacation) - Outside of most of the management, you have a lot of talented, smart people with great ideas.
Cons
- There is no work / life balance. Your time is now their time, whenever they deem it necessary. You also will rarely see compensation for this. In the rare instance you do, you will get maybe 25% of the time you put in compensated. - Management, as a whole, doesn't seem to know how to communicate with each other as well as their employees. - Employees don't seem to last too long here, so you are constantly having to deal with new people who were never properly trained on the "processes" the company follows. The good news is the processes constantly change as management scrambles to try to find something that works for them that week. Don't worry though, it will change again in the coming weeks as well.
