Management has their heart in the right place. The intention, to build great technology and a great culture.
Cons
The company hasn't had a real profit in a long time. The sector is on a very strong decline. There is no choice other than to get leaner and more draconian. It's nobody's fault, just a bad market. Management has been in denial.
