Ability to obtain your FINRA Licenses. IF that's the route you want to pursue, then it's a Pro.
Cons
Client Service Salaries are 10% below the Industry standard. Co pays different salaries to people in same position. Unlimited PTO and Work-from-home is NOT a benefit for everyone, many rank and file employees are treated as such with NO PERKS and an inadequate living wage. "Bonus" and raises are terribly LOW. 401k Vesting schedule is mediocre, 401k Match is very low.
