      Not much comes to mind😬

      Cons

      TradeStation has been around for almost 30 years and it feels like it. The technology is archaic as well as the trading applications (ahem... 32 bit Windows only Desktop app). Some new initiatives to redevelop a mobile app have just been put on hold. People are twiddling their thumbs.

      Pros

      -Pay for entry level role -ability to be fully licensed -managers are great-two 15 min breaks

      Cons

      -5 days in office -8 to 5 work shifts with unpaid lunch -call center -talking to old people all day that cant navigate anything -Extremely busy at times -You will be talking ALL. DAY.
