Pros
they train you on many different things so it's difficult to get bored, the employee discount is quite nice and applies to everything in the store including alcohol, coworkers are quite nice, they provide you with uniform, gloves, box cutter, etc, sampling new products is pretty cool, almost every assistant manager that works at this location is incredibly cool and wants you to succeed.
Cons
pto takes forever to build and good luck getting it approved, benefits aren't great, if you get injured at work the workers comp company is a nightmare to work with, closing late one night and opening early the next morning is a horrible shift change and nobody should have to do that, with so many long time employees there's not a lot of room for advancement without stepping on peoples toes.
